The food is amazingly priced and fair. We've been in key west to find any restaurant you go to wants to rob you minimum 100 dollars just to sit down. The food here not only was delicious it was something anyone can afford. 10/10! (Highly reccomend the pretzels)
Flat Out Awesome at Flat Jacks! We walked into Flat Jacks in Key West expecting a wait — because let’s face it, good food usually comes with a line. But nope! Zero wait time. We were seated faster than you can say “extra syrup, please.” The vibe? Super chill. It’s the kind of place where you can kick back, relax, and actually hear the people at your table without shouting over blaring music or the clang of 47 dishes. Comfortable seats, laid-back atmosphere — it’s like breakfast with your cool neighbor who knows how to cook. Now, let’s talk about the food. Everything we tried was delicious, from the fluffy pancakes to the savory options. The best part? The menu won’t wreck your vacation budget. Great taste, generous portions, and prices that made us do a double take (in a good way). Flat Jacks is one of those rare spots that delivers speed, comfort, and flavor without the tourist-trap price tag. We left full, happy, and already planning our next visit. Highly recommend!

We stopped in for lunch on a hot May day. The air-conditioning was welcoming us. The hostess greeted us with a cheery smile and showed us to our table. Our server was Jason. A very nice person who was friendly and attentive. We enjoyed talking with him. Jason welcomed us and gave us menus. After giving us a few minutes, he took our order. It seems only seconds went by, when our food appeared. I ordered the Pulled Pork that was a Friday special and my husband ordered the Club. There were fries galore with both orders. Both were very good. (Here's a picture of our half eaten sandwiches.) The servings are plentiful. We ended up taking half home. There are several TV's over the bar showing various sports. And 70's, 80's and 90's music playing in the background. All in all, it was a very enjoyable lunch.
We randomly found the place. The prices were reasonable so we stopped by. The service was great and the food came out quick! The food itself was delightful!!! You can tell they make fresh food. If we are in Key West again, we’re definitely coming back.
Very classy American style and food. Loved it. We had different meals, all were good for the price. I had a tuna salad which was good, nothing fancy though. Friendly server (from Jamaica) who paid special attention and was super friendly to us and the kids. Can only recommend.
We went here on Christmas 2024 to watch the Pittsburgh Steelers Game. There were many Steeler Fans there which was great to see! They had the game on many of the tv’s. You just need to tell them what game you are wanting to watch & they will seat you accordingly. Even though the place was packed on Christmas, the service was still great. The food was delicious, price was on point, and the atmosphere was great. We enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back!
We’re frequenters of Key West and have missed this place in the past because there’s not an outdoor seating area. For this reason, it’s easy to miss in Duvall. We wish we would have known sooner about the large, easily viewable screens to watch games. The food, service and atmosphere were all very good. We recommend.
